Kellerausbau

Aktuell ist es, im Gegensatz zum Vorjahr, sehr wechselhaft. Aber auch die Regentage haben wir sinnvoll genutzt. Aus Kostengründen haben wir uns entschieden, einige der nichttragenden Innenwände in Eigenleistung zu mauern. An einem der Regentage haben wir uns ans Mauern gemacht, schließlich müssen diese stehen bevor Estrichleger Timo von Giessboden Gerresen sich ans Werk machen kann. Zunächst wurde eine Mauersperrbahn

ausgelegt, dann der Estrichkleber angerührt. Meine Frau hat sich dabei als wahre Expertin am Rührgerät erwiesen. Die erste Reihe Porenbetonsteine will gut ausgerichtet sein und muss unbedingt in der Waage sein. Sonst hat man Dellen oder Wellen in der Mauer, die man mit den darüber liegenden Steinen nur sehr schwer beseitigt bekommt. Als sehr hilfreich hat sich auch der selbstgebaute Maurerschlitten erwiesen. Im Handumdrehen lassen sich auf diese Weise gleichmäßige Bahnen von Porenbetonkleber verlustfrei auf die Mauer aufbringen. Der Schlitten selber ist innerhalb weniger Minuten gebaut (siehe Video). Die unterste Porenbetonreihe sowie jede zweite Steinreihe haben wir an den Anschlussstellen zum bestehenden Mauerwerk mit Maueranschlussankern in der Wand befestigt.

Mittels Sägewinkel und Porenbetonsäge konnten wir die Steine ganz leicht zuschneiden. Die beiden obersten Steinreihe mussten wir noch weglassen, da aktuell noch die Schalungsstützen im Weg sind und der Schwörertrupp auch noch die Leitungen unter der Decke verlegt. Die Mauer ziehen wir dann irgendwann, wenn das Haus steht und Schwörer die Installationen abgeschlossen hat, ganz hoch. Zum Schluss haben wir noch die größeren Fugen an den Anschlussstellen zum Mauerwerk verspachtelt. Timo, kannst kommen !
